Good service, quick and plants in Good condition

Excellent service every time. Quality of plants are excellent always packed well and delivered on time. Great value and some super offer also. Been using Gardening Express for about 18 months now. I wish I’d known about them sooner.

I buy from Gardening Express on a regular basis- they have grown bigger and better over the years. Always great value and the plants are delivered in excellent condition. This includes the most recent purchase of 3 Japanese acers delivered in extremely hot weather - they were in perfect condition in damp soil and with no sign of heat exhaustion. Very happy!

Such a con. I received several plants and they’re no good.
There’s no way of contacting customer services to discuss the issues and when I wrote an honest review, it never appeared on their website! They only publish 4 and 5* reviews…Clearly despite receiving others!!

Really happy with item, delivery and service

Issues with the delivery, stating it had been delivered when it had not. Engaged through the Chat Window and found the customer experience to be excellent. Kes asked for my customer number and swiftly identified the issued and arranged for a replacement express delivery. Would happily use again as a result. Issues happen it is how Garden Express (Kes) dealt with it, swiftly and politely that matters most. thx

Ordered a variety of plants which were delivered well packed and in a timely manner in 2 packages, unfortunately the first arrival, a giant hydrangea had suffered badly in transit due to the excessive heat. Contacted company via their "chat" line and spoke with Autumn who was very helpful after seeing picture of plant, offering priority replacement or full refund. A satisfactory conclusion was arrived at and I would have no hesitation in recommending to others and using this company again. Many thanks to Autumn for her help.

This was my first time ordering plants online. I was concerned I’d made the wrong decision. I needn’t have worried as I was delighted with my purchase as not only did they arrive in a timely manner, they were very well packaged. I’d ordered 2 pairs of pyramid buxus topiary shrubs, 2 evergreen fragrant Daphne shrubs and 1 hydrangea. The buxus were exactly as described (size, shape & height), the other shrubs sizes were given by pot size in litres, I therefore wasn’t certain how large they would be. If I’m honest they were smaller in height than I’d imagined but the condition & quality were excellent. The only disappointment was the four flared pots that accompanied the buxus. They were small, cheap and nasty but I was not planning on using them anyway.. I recommend gardening express and will definitely be using them again in the future.

My Mexican fan palm arrived a day before expected and was in Excellent condition and now planted in the Garden and looking good.
Altogether well satisfied with Gardening express.
